DC reveals more about its Batman plans post-'Fear State'

The plot line focuses on the original Arkham Loom in the tenderness of Gotham approved by City manager Nakano after the destruction of Arkham Insane asylu.
Of course, DC isn't ready and waiting long to tell the inevitable Arkham storey. The tower already falls to its inmates and Batman and his allies are worn into the lyssa along with the plans of a mysterious new character, Dr. Wear.
Batman and Nightwing particularly clash all over their conflicting ideas near Arkham's place in Gotham, exasperated by another newfound villain, the Maeger Isle of Man.
All of the story's 12 issues will also feature back-up stories written by Matthew Rosenberg with art by Fernando Blanco that explores Arkham's dark story.
As antecedently revealed, the story actually kicks off with a prelude in Nov's Tec Comics 2021 Period of time Centennial State-written by Tamaki and Rosenberg with artwork by David Lapham and Trish Mulvihill.
January 4's Detective Comics #1047 features a cover by Irvin Rodriguez with variable covers past Lee Bermejo, Jorge Fornés, and Simone Di Meo.
